Message from the Founder, Dr. Sreejith Aryadatham

For me, Ayurveda has never been merely a system of medicine. It is a way of understanding life — the delicate relationship between the human body, mind, nature and the deeper consciousness within us.

My journey with traditional Ayurveda has strengthened my belief that true healing begins when we look beyond symptoms. The human being must be understood as a whole. When the natural equilibrium of the body and mind is disturbed, illness finds its space. Healing, therefore, is the process of restoring that harmony.

At Aryadatham, we remain deeply rooted in the wisdom and discipline of traditional Ayurveda while integrating the complementary principles of Yoga and Kalari. Ayurveda provides the science of balance and healing; Yoga nurtures harmony between body, mind and consciousness; and Kalari contributes its profound understanding of the human body, movement, vitality and therapeutic traditions. Together, they shape our holistic approach to wellness.

My devotion to Lord Siva has also profoundly influenced my personal journey and philosophy of healing. For me, Siva represents stillness and transformation — the inner balance from which renewal can begin. This spiritual perspective inspires us to approach every person who comes to Aryadatham with compassion, humility and genuine care.

We aspire to create more than a hospital. We envision Aryadatham as a sanctuary where authentic traditions, responsible healthcare and heartfelt hospitality come together; a place where every individual is treated as a person, rather than merely as a patient.
